CBC Home Inspections

As a licensed home inspector I will conduct a thorough inspection of the property, inside and out. Your home inspection will include a descriptive report of the building and it's components present condition.

Some of the many items inspected will include the roof, gutters, downspouts, facia, soffit and trim, chimneys. The landscape and drainage design and it's relationship to the foundation. The exterior walkways, entrance stairways, driveways, patios, carports, garages. Decks and porches. The exterior structure and covering, windows and doors. The exterior electrical service entrance.

The interior will include the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry area, basement or crawl space, attic, when accessible, and more. The heating system, central air conditioning, built-in appliances, interior doorways and windows, stairways, visible insulation, plumbing system and fixtures. A representative number of receptacles, switches and light fixtures. The main electrical service panel and sub panels. The condition of all visible framing and floor supports.

This will be a detailed visual inspection followed by a comprehensive computer generated report accompanied with digital photos which allow issues to be easily understood. It will not be just a "look around" and check a few boxes on a sheet of paper inspection that might leave you guessing what is wrong and what could become a major problem in the near future that may create a huge unexpected expense.

My best professional effort is given at every home inspection to give you, my client, as much valuable information as possible of the home you may be purchasing, selling, or presently living in.
