My mission as a qualified property inspector is to serve my clients with the best of my ability by utilizing 20 plus years of experience and knowledge of home building, renovation and remodeling prior to becoming a full time home inspector and my strive for continuing education of building science to deliver a prompt, thorough and professional inspection report of the building for a reasonable price.

I may not be the cheapest home inspector you'll find, my prices are competitive, but I promise the report you will receive following a comprehensive inspection will give you valuable information and more confidence in your knowledge of the buildings present condition. The average home inspection takes 3 to 4 hours, sometimes more. I always devote full attention to your property so I am able to give you the inspection service you deserve. 

A narrative report with digital pictures helping to explain in detail the major concerns and deficiencies as well as safety and maintenance issues will be available within 48 hours or less. I will do everything I can to ensure you are satisfied and confident you made the right choice and will be available to answer any questions long after the day of the inspection.
