The average home inspection takes 3 to 4 hours, sometimes more. I always devote full attention to your property so I am able to give you the inspection service you deserve. A narrative report with digital pictures helping to explain in detail the major concerns and deficiencies as well as safety and maintenance issues will be available within 48 hours or less. I will do everything I can to ensure you are satisfied and confident you made the right choice and will be available to answer any questions long after the day of the inspection.
